Well House is a thoughtfully designed contemporary residence in Bengaluru, set on a long 40' x 160' site. The highlight of the home is its amalgamation of contemporary elements on the outer facia and its dual courtyard design inside, inspired by traditional Indian wells, which brings abundant natural light and ventilation deep into the structure. Smrithin Residence is a G+2 home in Hyderabad, where our role focused on crafting a striking elevation design for an already-built structure. Despite several on-site constraints, we interpreted the client’s taste by blending **clean linear forms with subtle curves**, creating a refined **contemporary aesthetic**. The residence includes a 2BHK unit on the ground floor, a 3BHK on the first, and a recreational space on the second floor — all unified through a cohesive and modern façade design.
